Lionel Hayes Reliable RoofingOn very short notice,between Christmas and New Year, 2023, Mr Hayes arranged to replace the roof of our home, and did so the day after the New Year. Throughout our conversations regarding the work, Mr Hayes was attentive, patient, and very respectful with my myriad of questions and concerns. The work was done while we were away from home. As promised, the work was started and completed in a day. Because we were away, Mr Hayes took the time to send pictures of the completed work. The new roof is an absolute dream come true and complements the brick of the house perfectly. Our property was impeccably clean at the finish of the roof replacement. When a roof replacement is required again, we will be calling Lionel Hayes..

About three months after the 2021 Ida storm, I noticed interior water damage. As I was challenging the results of the insurance claim, and after several inspections from plumbers and general contractors it was determined that there were no interior plumbing leaks. I received several roof installation quotes that were all over the board and appeared to be more about the zip code than actual scope of work and product. After seeing several commercials over a six-month period, I decided to give Mr. Hayes and his team a call. Fast and fair service! Mr. Hayes came to assess our roof on a Friday of a holiday weekend and we had a new roof by the following Thursday. I really appreciated his different package options. It allowed us to make a selection that best fit our budget since we were having to come completely out of pocket for the replacement. All of his prices were lower than what was quoted to us by another company. I would definitely call with them again!
