We engaged Reliable Roofing and Construction to replace the roof on my parent's 3300 square foot home in Baton Rouge. The work took two days. We appreciated Lionel, Michael and their team's responsiveness and attention to detail. Lionel patiently answered all our questions and explained the work that needed to be done. We received photos of the condition of the roof with our quote estimate. When we asked about details related to the chimney flashings and the dormers, Michael went for a second look before updating our quote estimate. We also received photos of the new roof after all the work had been completed. In the end, the roof did not require as much work to the flashing as had been estimated so Lionel adjusted our final bill to reflect the work that had been done.

Reliable installed a new roof on our home after a year long battle with our insurance company. Lionel provided outstanding customer service, explained the procedure and came to our home to review our shingle selection not once, but twice. Their team of installers were quick, efficient, and courteous. They even cleaned out our gutters. They finished our home in 1 1/2 days. After they left, no one would have guessed a large team of men where there just the day before. Our yard was clean, neat, and tidy. I hope to never need them again, but would do so if needed.
It was a great experience to have this company do the repairs to my roof. Michael and his team were very professional and did excellent work.

Reliable Roofing replaced our roof after major hurricane damage in the early 2000’s. Their work was remarkable and the process was seamless! Fast forward 20 years, after a hailstorm, we had extensive damage and our first call was to Lionel! He came out immediately and accessed our damages, worked with our insurance company, and again made the process very simple and easy. The professionalism and dedication of his team during both processes took all the stress and pressure away from us and their work was again impeccable. Since then Reliable has added to other roofing portions to our home. I’ve referred Reliable out to all my family and friends, and even strangers if I overhear a conversation about roofing needs. On November 1, 2025, Reliable Roofing did a full replacement roof on my home. Supervisor Michael, arrived with the full crew, @7:00am. The Reliable Roofing Crew started work @8:00am, the crew took a 30 minute lunch break, from 11:30am-12:00pm. The crew started back to work promptly at 12:00pm. All remaining work was completed from 12:00pm—4:00pm. Reliable Roofing had all debris and nails removed from the premises. Business Manager Lionel Hayes, and crew, did a superb job, with the full replacement roof job. I give the Reliable Roofing Company a 5 Star Rating, because of the professionalism and dedication to perform the roofing job with exceptional craftsmanship.
